汉语进修

I. Eligibility
The application is open to individuals aged 18 to 60. To be eligible, applicants must:

· Be citizens of countries other than the People’s Republic of China;

· Be in good physical and mental health;

· Have no criminal record.

II. Program Categories

· One-semester program

· One-academic-year program

· Short-term program

III. Expenses (calculated in RMB)

· Tuition fee: RMB 7,000 per semester; RMB 14,000 per academic year; fees for short-term programs will be co-negotiated.

· Application fee: RMB 800 per person

· Insurance fee: RMB 400 per semester; RMB 800 per year; RMB 160 per person per month for short-term programs.

· Accommodation fee: RMB 300 per person per month for a four-student room.

IV. Application Process

1. Applicants must log in to the SISU International Student Service System to apply online and submit the required documents.

2. SISU will review the application materials and evaluate the eligibility of applicants.

3. Admission results will be notified to applicants, and the admission documents will be sent via email to the admitted students.

V. Session and Application Deadlines

· September 2026 session: Application deadline: June 15, 2026

· November 2026 session: Application deadline: September 30, 2026

· March 2027 session: Application deadline: December 15, 2026

· May 2027 session: Application deadline: March 30, 2027

VI. Application Documents

1. A scanned copy of the information page of a valid passport, with the expiration date extending beyond the expected graduation/completion date.

2. A Certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority within six months prior to the application date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must include notarized translations in Chinese or English.

3. A completed Foreigner Physical Examination Form, signed and stamped by a physician and hospital. Forms missing signatures, official stamps, or sealed photographs are invalid. Results are valid for six months.

4. A bare-headed identification photo.
